Can't access subscription settings
Only organization admins can access billing. Contact your Bill.com account admin to grant permissions or request they download invoices.
Multiple Bill.com organizations
If you manage multiple organizations, each has separate billing. Switch to the correct organization to access its subscription invoices.
Per-transaction fees vs subscription
Bill.com charges subscription fees plus per-transaction fees. Your invoice includes both - monthly subscription and usage-based charges.
