Prerequisites
You need to be the Store Owner to access billing information and download BigCommerce invoices.
Sign in to BigCommerce
Access your BigCommerce account:
- Go to login.bigcommerce.com
- Enter your store URL and credentials
- Navigate to your store control panel
- Ensure you're the store owner
Access Account Settings
Navigate to account management:
- Click on your store name in the top left
- Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown
- You'll be taken to account management
- Look for billing or subscription section
Navigate to Billing
Find billing section:
- In Account Settings, click "Billing & Payments"
- View your current BigCommerce plan
- See subscription details and renewal date
- Look for "Billing history" or "Invoices"
View Invoice History
Access billing records:
- Click on "Billing history" or "View invoices"
- See list of all past payments

Common Issues & Solutions
Can't access Billing settings
Only Store Owners can access billing. Contact your store owner to download invoices or request ownership transfer if appropriate.
No billing history available
Free trial stores don't have billing history. Only active paid plans (Standard, Plus, Pro, Enterprise) have invoice access.
Invoice download not working
Ensure pop-ups are enabled for bigcommerce.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Check email for automatic receipts.
Enterprise custom billing
Enterprise customers may have custom billing arrangements. Contact your BigCommerce account manager or support for invoice access.
