How to Download Invoices from BigCommerce

Access your BigCommerce account:

1. Go to login.bigcommerce.com
2. Enter your store URL and credentials
3. Navigate to your store control panel
4. Ensure you're the store owner

Navigate to account management:

1. Click on your store name in the top left
2. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown
3. You'll be taken to account management
4. Look for billing or subscription section

Find billing section:

1. In Account Settings, click "Billing & Payments"
2. View your current BigCommerce plan
3. See subscription details and renewal date
4. Look for "Billing history" or "Invoices"

Access billing records:

1. Click on "Billing history" or "View invoices"
2. See list of all past payments
3. Each shows date, invoice number, and amount
4. Filter by date if available

Get your invoice PDFs:

1. Find the invoice you need
2. Click "Download" or "View PDF"
3. Invoice downloads as PDF file
4. Save for accounting records

Note: Invoices include plan tier and any add-ons.

Update billing details:

1. In Billing section, update payment method
2. Edit billing address and company information
3. Add tax exemption if applicable
4. Changes apply to future billing cycles

Tip: BigCommerce sends invoice emails after each billing cycle.
