Common Issues & Solutions
Can't access billing section
You need Admin role permissions to view billing. Contact your account administrator to grant billing access or request they download statements for you.
Reseller vs direct account
If you purchased Authorize.net through a reseller, billing may be managed by them. Contact your reseller for invoices instead of accessing Authorize.net directly.
Missing older statements
Historical statements should be available in the merchant interface. If you can't find them, contact Authorize.net support for archived billing records.
Understanding fee breakdown
Statements show various fees (gateway, transaction, monthly). Review your merchant agreement or contact Authorize.net support to clarify specific charges.
