Cannot access billing section
Only team owners and designated billing admins can view billing information. Contact your team owner to grant you billing access.
No invoices showing
If you're on Asana's free Basic plan, there won't be any invoices. Ensure you're viewing the correct team with a paid subscription.
Download button not responding
Try refreshing the page or disabling browser extensions that might block downloads. Use a different browser if issues persist.
Missing recent payments
New invoices typically appear within 24-48 hours after payment processing. Check back later or verify payment was successful.
Organization vs Team billing confusion
If you're part of an Organization, billing may be consolidated at the org level. Check both team and organization billing sections.
