Amplitude is a product analytics platform for understanding user behavior. Managing your Amplitude subscription invoices is essential for tracking analytics expenses. This guide will show you how to access and download invoices from your Amplitude account.
Prerequisites
You need to be an Admin to access billing information and download Amplitude invoices.
Sign in to Amplitude
Access your Amplitude account:
- Go to amplitude.com
- Click "Login" and enter your credentials
- Navigate to your Amplitude workspace
- Ensure you have Admin access
Access Settings
Navigate to organization settings:
- Click on Settings icon (gear) in the left sidebar
- Select "Organization Settings"
- You'll be taken to organization management
- Look for billing or subscription section
Navigate to Billing
Find billing section:
- In Organization Settings, click "Billing"
- View your current Amplitude plan
- See event volume and renewal details
- Look for "Billing history" or "Invoices"
View Invoice History
Access billing records:
- Click on "Invoices" tab in billing section
- See list of all past invoices
- Each shows date, invoice number, and amount
- Filter by date if available
Download Invoices
Get your invoice PDFs:
- Find the invoice you need
- Click "Download" or PDF icon
- Invoice downloads as PDF file
- Save for your records
Note: Invoices include plan details and event tracking volume.
Manage Billing Information
Update billing details:
- In Billing section, update payment method
- Edit billing address and company information
- Add VAT number or tax ID if applicable
- Changes apply to future invoices
Tip: Amplitude sends invoice emails to organization admins.
Common Issues & Solutions
Can't access Billing settings
Only Admins can access organization billing. Contact your Amplitude admin to request permissions or have them download invoices for you.
No billing history visible
Free Starter plan doesn't have billing history. Only paid Amplitude plans (Growth, Enterprise) have invoice access.
Invoice download not working
Ensure pop-ups are enabled for amplitude.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Contact Amplitude support if issues persist.
Enterprise contract billing
Enterprise customers may have custom billing through sales. Contact your Amplitude account manager or support for invoices if not available in the portal.
