Prerequisites
You need to be a Workspace Owner or billing admin to access billing information and download Airtable invoices.
Sign in to Airtable
Access your Airtable account:
- Go to airtable.com
- Click "Sign in" and enter your credentials
- Navigate to your workspace
- Ensure you have owner or billing permissions
Access Account Settings
Navigate to settings:
- Click on your workspace name or avatar
- Select "Account" or "Settings" from dropdown
- Look for workspace settings icon (gear)
- Choose "Billing" from the settings menu
Navigate to Billing
Find billing section:
- Click on "Billing" in the settings sidebar
- View your current subscription plan
- See workspace users and seats

Common Issues & Solutions
Can't see Billing option in settings
Only Workspace Owners have full billing access. If you're a workspace collaborator, ask the owner to grant you billing permissions or provide the invoices.
Billing history is empty
Free workspaces don't have billing history. You need a paid plan (Plus, Pro, or Enterprise) to see invoices. If you recently upgraded, wait 24-48 hours for first invoice.
Download link not working
Check browser pop-up settings and ensure downloads are allowed from airtable.com. Try a different browser or contact Airtable support if issue persists.
Invoice amount different than expected
Airtable charges based on workspace seats and usage. Check for seat changes, extensions usage, or plan upgrades that may have caused prorated charges.
