How to Download Invoices from Ahrefs

Access your Ahrefs account:

1. Go to ahrefs.com
2. Click "Log in" and enter your credentials
3. Navigate to your Ahrefs dashboard
4. Ensure you're the account owner

Navigate to settings:

1. Click on your profile icon in the top right
2. Select "Account & Billing" from the dropdown
3. Or click "Settings" and then "Billing"
4. You'll see subscription overview

Find billing section:

1. In Settings, click "Billing" tab
2. View your current Ahrefs plan
3. See subscription renewal date and details
4. Look for "Billing history" or "Invoices"

Access billing records:

1. Click on "Billing history" or "View invoices"
2. See list of all past payments
3. Each shows date, invoice number, and amount
4. Filter by date range if needed

Get your invoice PDFs:

1. Find the invoice you need
2. Click "Download" or "PDF" icon
3. Invoice downloads as PDF file
4. Save for accounting records

Note: Ahrefs invoices include plan tier and billing period.

Update billing details:

1. In Billing section, update payment method
2. Edit billing address and company information
3. Add VAT number or tax ID if applicable
4. Changes apply to future invoices

Tip: Ahrefs sends invoice emails automatically after each payment.
