Cannot find payment history
Make sure you're logged into the correct Adobe account. If you have multiple accounts, switch to the one with the paid subscription.
Download link not working
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Some browsers may block the download due to popup settings.
Missing recent invoices
New invoices typically appear within 24-48 hours after payment. Check back later or verify the payment was processed successfully.
Team invoices not accessible
Team and enterprise invoices are only available to administrators. Access the Admin Console or contact your organization's Adobe admin.
Invoice shows wrong information
Update your billing information in account settings. Changes will apply to future invoices, but past invoices cannot be modified.
