How to Download Invoices from ActiveCampaign

Managing your ActiveCampaign subscription invoices is essential for tracking marketing expenses. This guide will show you how to access and download invoices from your ActiveCampaign account.

Prerequisites

You need to be an Account Admin to access billing information and download ActiveCampaign invoices.

Sign in to ActiveCampaign

Access your ActiveCampaign account:

  1. Go to activecampaign.com
  2. Click "Login" and enter your credentials
  3. Navigate to your ActiveCampaign dashboard
  4. Ensure you have Account Admin access

Access Settings

Navigate to account settings:

  1. Click on "Settings" in the left sidebar
  2. Or click the gear icon in the bottom left
  3. You'll see the settings menu
  4. Look for billing or account section

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Settings, click "Billing" from the menu
  2. View your current ActiveCampaign plan
  3. See contact limits and renewal date
  4. Look for "Billing history" or "Invoices"

View Invoice History

Access billing records:

  1. Click on "Billing history" tab
  2. See list of all past payments and invoices
  3. Each shows date, amount, and status

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access Billing settings

Only Account Admins can access billing. Contact your ActiveCampaign account owner to request admin access or have them download invoices for you.

No billing history available

Free trial accounts don't have billing history. Only paid ActiveCampaign subscriptions have invoice access. Ensure you're on an active paid plan.

Invoice download not working

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for activecampaign.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Check email for automatic receipts.

Need older invoices

All invoice history should be available. If you can't find old invoices, contact ActiveCampaign support for archived billing records.
