How to Download Invoices from 8x8

Prerequisites

You need to be an Account Administrator to access billing information and download 8x8 invoices.

Sign in to 8x8

Access your 8x8 account:

  1. Go to sso.8x8.com
  2. Click "Log In" and enter your credentials
  3. Navigate to 8x8 Configuration Manager
  4. Ensure you have Account Administrator access

Access Configuration Manager

Navigate to admin portal:

  1. From 8x8 dashboard, click "Admin Console"
  2. Or directly access Configuration Manager
  3. You'll see the administration interface
  4. Look for account or billing options

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Configuration Manager, click "Account" tab
  2. Select "Billing" from the submenu
  3. View your current 8x8 services and plan
  4. Look for "Invoice History" or "Payment History"

View Invoice History

Access billing records:

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access Configuration Manager

Only Account Administrators can access Configuration Manager and billing. Contact your 8x8 admin to request access or have them download invoices.

No billing section visible

Free trial accounts don't have billing history. Only active paid subscriptions have invoice access. Ensure you're on a paid 8x8 plan.

Invoice download not working

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for 8x8.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Contact 8x8 support if issues persist.

Enterprise billing through partner

If purchased through an 8x8 partner, billing may be handled by them. Contact your account manager or IT department for invoice records.
